Because the contracts with Prodigy ended, all the Classic accounts ended. No problem. But suddenly yesterday I no longer had Internet. The usual circle of calls to various support numbers. One says my account is fine, the next says it was closed in June (news to me) and the only way I could get it back is get permission from Corporate. I call the top secret "contact" numbers and get voice mail, but no Internet. (sheesh) Finally I call again and start over at square one. The nice lady says, "Oh I've had a few calls from people like you today."
Nice to know the right hand still doesn't know what the left hand is doing. <G>
