Some forty years ago someone at the Tropicana or Riviera had the same question and one of the workers came up with a product that would clean chips. The product is called Magic Cleaner, it has been used to steam clean car engines, home rugs, and just about anything you would like to look better. We have sold this to the chip collectors for the past ten years and it works great.
