I have heard many different versions about why they are not available. Not sure what the truth is. My name is on a list at the RE to get a complete set, so are many others.

I can tell you this: I have access to all Nv LE's. Never had a problem getting even one of them at face. None of my contacts have been able to get me a complete set. I have 4 of the 12. One of them came in a trade with an Arizona chipper. At this time I don't care if I ever see a fifth chip in the set and I don't want the NYE chip.
