It was announced yesterday that a local entrepreneur plans on sailing a 140 ft gambling yacht out of Virginia Beach, past the 3 mile state limit in the Atlantic Ocean, in the year 2000. Lots of hoops to jump through first. Will keep everyone advised. This will be a good opportunity for me to pick up chips for everyone & pay back all of you who have helped me out.
