Actually, the value is always, what someone will pay. Books aside, maybe next go round, you will find someone who wants it more than $202 worth?

I collect Elko. It's a VERY nice chip. But many don't have $200 or $400 motivation for a chip, so that does have an effect on the outcome.

I'd bet if it was a Las Vegas chip with the same "book" it would have sold.
