I've admired the VERY interesting collection that John has managed to assemble over the years, and also his generosity in sharing info with fellow collectors.

I think John is a strong candidate for the collector's Hall of Fame, in which 2-3 collectors are recognized at the annual convention each year. Past awards to people like Howard Herz, Bruce Landau, Janice O'Neal, etc. There have been others, but I didn't take the time to check my back issues, and my memory's not what it once was <g>.
