It usually depends on how much work they have to go through to get them. If I just want a chip or two and they just open the drawer and hand them right to me, I don't usually tip. If they have to go in the back, fiddle around, look, count or save them for me for an hour or two then I tip between $1 & $5, depending on how nice the cage person was. If they ##### and moan about getting them for me then I NEVER tip.
