The ones with printed inlays were purchased from the Paulson store (when they would sale to the public). The engraved ones are from the old Stateline Casino in Wendover, NV. They came locked in the chip racks of a couple of the hold 'em tables that I purchased from them when they closed down their poker room (before being purchased and turned into the Stateline Nugget--now the Wendover Nugget, I believe). Also enclosed were some old purple roulettes that don't appear to be listed in The Chip Rack, although they are all pretty beat up.
