Markus; Lots of websites list chips for sale ... but the trick is to find a buyer at those prices. Common chips that are available at slightly above face value ... simply are not going to sell to collectors who already have those same chips in their collections... especially if the chips are worn.
Coupled with that consideration, is the fact that SOME e-bayers charge so much for postage, that the only way to get a good deal is to low-ball the bid.
Example; If a seller states in his ebay offering that he charges $10 shipping to send $20 in common chips at face value, the final bid might not reach the face value of the chips.
