"By any chance is he a magic ghost? I mean, can he make things move and make the room cold and stuff like that? I had a ghost one time who could change the channel on the TV set. If he can do stuff and actually "haunt" the place, it might make his value go up. Not to worry, I am not looking for a slave ghost, or a ghost to perform little circus tricks and such - just a ghost who can make things interesting around here. Let me know... thanks. Oh, and I am in Indiana - is that too close? I don't want him floating back home to you guys."

I laughed for 5 minutes.
