Not really - anyone can put a grade on anything - It would just be their opinion - as far as being slabed - Myself, I will not knowingly bid on chips from dealers who sell slabs or other collectors who sell slabs - A airtight is not considered a slab - I consider slabs as being sealed by some other form ( sonic or some sort of Fancey sticker) graded or not graded makes no difference to me - a slab is a slab. As a EX coin collector- I already been thru that route ( Ouch! ) unless this person is stateing that what he sells ( slabs) are not real cards, He is missleading biders and that consitutes Fraud - In my opinion.
