You can also start Disk Defragmenter by clicking Start, pointing to Programs, pointing to Accessories, pointing to System Tools, and then clicking Disk Defragmenter

Remove Cookies:
Open Internet Explorer,
Open Tools on top of page
Open Internet Options...
Remove Cookies.
.....
Another thing that I do, especially when I forget is:
1. Go to start, open "Help" Type in your search.
Computer will show you Options.
2. or Go to Google, Type in "Word" you are looking for. For Example:, Windows Remove Cookies.
Your answer will be there.
