Stu, you are corrrect but the operative word here is "Business" In most cases you are dealing with individuals such as you and I.

As far as payment goes Paypal and Credit cards do offer some form of protection but they have horror stories of their own.
Though I'm not sure, I would think if you purchase something and pay by Postal Money Order wouldn't that fall under the heading of mail fraud?

I have had a personal case of identity theft that I have had to deal with. Since that time I have become very skittish and am quite selective whom I give my credit card numbers to. I would rather spend the extra 90 cents. JMHO
