Looking at the ebay feedback from a slightly different perspective.
Recently I made a purchase from someone I had never dealt with before.
This seller had a pretty low feedback rating and had a negative or two.
I informed the seller that I would be paying by Money Order.
The seller wrote back to me letting me know that my item would be shipped once the money order arrived.
This got me thinking [ Which could be dangerous] Anyone else ever wonder why the onus is always placed on the
purchaser to send payment first? Here I sit with a perfect feedback record of 350+ and am making a purchase from someone
that has a rating of 20 or so.
Why would it be wrong to tell the seller " Hey, mail me the item and when I receive it, I'll send you the money".
One would think that there should be some sort of ebay policy to cover this.
