I've never noticed those signs. I am just surprised because i've never been questioned about taking chips. Then again, i try to be as inconspicuous as possivle when doing it. I will be more careful next time. I did know about the loss limit in Miss. though. Saw someone get cut off at Ameristar just west of St. Louis a few months ago.
