About a year ago I began giving my barber a $1 casino chip as a tip each time he cut my hair. You would think I was giving him gold. He keeps them on display and shows all of his customers. He hugged me the last time a gave him a chip.

He now is looking to become a chipper. Hope to get him to join the club one day. Don't think this would go over so well in a restaurant however.
