IMO, paying that much for any California chip is a bit excessive to say the least. And for a chip with whole rack still in existance-even if uncirculated-is way out of line. I'm sure that many of us (at least I would) who have some rare California chips would be more than happy to accommodate your wishes to sell you chips for $100.00 or so for a chip.
