The situation in Yuma/Winterhaven is a little complex. The Tribal Lands are in both CA and AZ.
The current casino "Paradise" has buildings in both states. With a 15 ft walk way between them.
The old Bingo Hall was in CA, Winterhaven, still on tribal land, a distance from the present casino I am told. It in the time period before Tribal casinos they may have had a CA card room lic. but I do not know for sure.
