Not too easy with a scanner, unless you 1) Take a photo first with UV light and then scan or 2) Take a digital image with a UV light source, along with standard light sources.

You need the UV to excite the colors so they will show under natural light. UV is at the upper end of the spectrum.

CCDs and digital cameras are more sensative to UV so the images will have extra purple hues.
