Here are pictures of the " crest and seal" chips Allan is talking about. I'd appreciated ID's too.
The "EC" chips were made by US Playing Card Co, and according to their records were shipped in 1928 and 1929 to
Aladdin Specialty, a gambling supply place in Chicago, and B C Wills, another gambling supply place, in Detroit.
(The colors below are dark green, red and blue.)
The "Empire Club" ones, I don't know anything about. (The colors below are green, blue and black.)
I threw into the picture the "EP" chip, which I can't ID. (It was made in 1930 by the same USPC Co. and sent to B C Wills.)
Incidentally, I can sell you the EC and Empire Club chips for $20 each -- plus $1 for postage-insurance.
