Can anyone positively authenticate that this chip is Empire Club
or that it is from NY as stated by Ed Hertel & Mr. Brown? I heard
it was from E. St. Louis, IL, but have no verification. Does anyone
know for sure or is it a speculation because of the Crest & Seal chips
that actually read "Empire Club" and "Empire" may refer to The Empire State?
Both Crest & Seal Chips are in the USPC photos but with no location given.
