I don't want to engage in a lengthy debate, especially one that I'm not qualified for, but when I asked about this chip on this board a few months ago, one of the authors of TCR replied, in no uncertain terms, that this chip was not from Ernie Primm. I've not heard anything further from C&W or anybody else to dispute that or provide authentication or evidence of attribution.

And, at the risk of seeming petty, the seller listed "Carson City" in the listing when you bought one of them. Here's the link to that auction:
