Bill, This program has been in effect on SunCruz for a few years, with special chips used for IGT card players. The program was used on Casino Miami, which first used the $5 & $25 gold hot stamped Argosy chips that were being sold at the Paulson store for $.65 each. They later issued their own hot stamped chips. SeaEscape has the same program, & issued $5 & $25 CHIPCO'S for their program. The way it works is as follows; you buy in using your IGT card & get the special chips at a discount. They can be played on all of the tables, but the catch is that at a $5 table, you have to play $10. These chips can't be redeemed at the cage most of the time. I have seen folks asking for credit back on their IGT cards, which is sometimes done. I am not an IGT card holder but it appears that this program is very popular.
