You might want to read the slabbing definition that you include in the catalog that you publish.

Since you did not attribute this definition to anyone, it must be assumed that it is your own which reads in part:

"Slabbing" is a process ... for a chip... to be evaluated as to condition and an arbitrary grade is assigned".

One would think that is pretty clear.
