Geez...here I thought the ones I had to watch at the table were the dealers...I had heard of one dealer who's puck was stolen during a busy game, but I think it was a rumor. FWIW, I wouldn't try to walk out of a casino with non-cancelled dice. Here in Louisiana, the state police look on that sort of thing with ill humor. It's right up there with marking/stealing cards. I have no problem at all with someone taking what they have paid for, just make sure what you take doesn't cost someone else their job.
