The sad thing everyone is skipping over is that we have to buy insurance in the first place. I believe it is a ranson charged by the post office to "guarantee" that they won't lose, steal, or destroy it. Then when you have a claim you have to "prove the loss" and "prove the value" even tho they took the money to "insure" it for a specific value. Instead of cleaning up their own house they look at you as though you are trying to scam them.
