Most e-mail programs will allow you to automatically add a signature line etc.

In Outlook Express, this would be under Tools -> Options -> Signatures

and in most other e-mail programs it will be under "options".

You can often add several signature lines and choose the one you want, some will allow you to add a "business card" format with all kinds of information and so on....
