Tom...these are clearly violations of the policy noting an "implied" contract. I would report both of these people to and as suggested, and then let ALL of us know who to avoid. If not, I'll research the archives, and provide a link. Kinda funny...I remember seeing that auction and thinking that the seller was gonna be PI$$ED!! Steve B
