In regards to rare, I tend to agree with you, but I base rare on how often I see these chips at the Hard Rock. I have worked there for over 5 years and I base "rare" on how often I see them in the casino. There are chips with high mints, that I got on the day of issuance, that you only find/see in the casino once ever 6 months.

Thanks for the advice. I will take better care when using the word rare in the future.
