Agree w/Gene - we have dozens of various models of Dells in our front office - installed SP2 on ALL of them - not a single issue (and in fact fixed a couple minor annoyances that had been eluding us). I have found SP2 to be one of the best updates MS has ever issued (yes, I know that's probably not saying much). The pop-up blocker along is worth the hassle!
