There are those in the club that frown on any kind of chip touchup. I prefer to look at it this way. If you wash & wax your car is that wrong? Of course not. Sometimes in cleaning a chip it dries a little faded. Using a small dab of baby oil will restore the color. I do this, but only on the chips for my personal collection. I do not touch up any chips that I trade or sell, I leave that up to the new owner.
