As I remember It went something like this:

Burt Company owned by Burt family 1936 to 1985
Burt Company sold to Delta Reality in 1985
Delta reality sold Burt Company to John Kendall 1985
John Kendall runs Burt until 1988 when it goes out of business
John Kendall starts Chipco 1988
1988 Blanchard buys assets of Burt Company and renames
it Atlantic Standard Molding (ASM)

GGS and Langworthy owned by same people. HHR chips made at Burt Company and by ASM.
Langworthy and HHR mold sold to Wico, HHR made for Wico by ASM.
Wico goes out of business and HHR mold is sold to ASM.

GGS buys RTP

There is no connection between Wico and RTP.
