a couple of notes about this situationin bad weather, it does not hurt to get "friendly" with your carrier.talk to him about sports,the headlines, whatever. but always remind him that you are a serious collector and it is very important YOUR stuff doesn't get bent, wet. ripped.etc. etc.he will get the message. and you know, it does not hurt to bring a nice cold soda to him on those hot days we sometimes get here in las vegas.as far as the USPS goes maybe they should use their time fully in the mail delivery service and get out of bike racing.
