Since I published the book, I've learned that the Hofbrau had poker for a short time right after gambling was (once again) legalized in Montana in 1973. It was a semi-famous establishment to the locals, from what I gather, that was in business much longer than the poker lasted (remember, "gambling" in Montana is defined as poker, pan and live keno, with the addition of the electronic machine versions of poker and keno during the 1980s). I also have a 1.00 chip to go along with the 50c, but I'd never seen a 5.00 until Gene's posting.
