I had already made up my mind who the culprit was, as I was on when the messages started flying.... form 5:45AM to 5:59AM, all messages were sequential except for the one I got in at 5:58AM. It was just too obvious when he used Jim Reilly's name and e-mail address to post a message he had received from Katie.

This forgery is totally uncalled for. He's like a little kid trying to have the damnest temper tantrum ever, and I knew it wasn't going to work here.

So, in order to cause an attempt to stop this person from ever doing this again I've done the following.

I just went to http://www.lvcm.com which routed me to http://www.cox.com/LasVegas/Contact/ where I posted the following
message to that ISP.

Your Customer Forging Messages

Last night your customer using the e-mail address of
"onlinedeals@lvcm.com" counterfited and forged messages to an online
bulletin Board service at http://www.thechipboard.com
This person has had an ongoing problem with collectors regarding his
recent advertising descriptions in his e-bay auctions regarding casino
chips and tokens. However, that is not my concern here. My concern is
that he has blatently used your service for this conduct of using
someone elses REAL names and e-mail addresses to post messages to a
public bulletin board, regardless of content.

The administrator of that board has turned on a feature today that now
displays the posters IP address.

Please check out the following messages that were left on the BB as each
contains the same IP address which comes back to your customer,
dhcp168.24.lvcm.com, who is committing this attrocity.

These messages were left between 5:45AM and 5:52AM using that Bulletin
Boards time clock and there was a final messge left by this person using
his REAL name and e-mail address at 5:59AM
