In both cases, Kerry has the higher IQ states, I'll agree, but look where DC falls on the list! Even I find that hard to believe, and that state did vote for Kerry. In my opinion, the whole study is flawed. No matter which way it is sliced, our president has been re-elected, for better or worse.
