I will try to explain briefly.

This grading company, PGS, apparently entered the chip market a few months ago. In addition to the 42 items from a TN seller close to the PGS headquarters, we also witnessed a television shopping channel selling 2000 sets of 3 encapsulated Binions chips, and a further similar set was recently offered although I cant recall the chips. Another ebay seller, Mark Karoll, has also been offering recently slabbed by PGS chips. I think overall that is sufficient quantity to be of a concern, especially as PGS now advertise that they will both slab for $5 a piece, and offer an anonymous ebay seller service for people who dont want to be seen selling them.
