You claim that he is just a seller of genral merchandise, but a look at the auction tells us that he is claiming to have knowledge of the item he sells.

I have sent him an email with some basic questions about the grading sytstem. He will ignore it because he is the same seller as the last time these slabbed chips were up -- notice he is from Tennessee just like the last seller (who also changed his name a few times)

You state that CS-10 is the highest grade a chip can grade, can you tell me about this grading system, such as what the other grades are and the criteria for grading. Is this a commonly accepted grading system? Is it published somewhere?
