The answer to your question is that you simply contact and buy directly from the seller. The seller contact information is available on each item page that you see when you click on an item thumbnail or item name (blue hyperlink), just scroll down the page if you cannot see it immediately. Shipping & payment methods, as well as shipping charges should also be there.
