Actually they are pretty nice ones. Garden City is a card room right outside of Cupertino CA. Its an interesting place that I have gotten to play at a few times since my company's HQ is right down the street.

The chips you are showing are a couple of issues back (about 4 or so) as they have moved from the ones shown to a Paulson graphic and then to a Blue Chip (sunburst, flame, whatever the hell it is). I am sure someone can give you the value of it.
