I've been selling as well as buying on ebay for a while now, (askk4perry's Collectables) I cater to the "NEW Chip Collector", and I am having the same problem you are now with 3 buyers. My policy is to send 2 emails to them, In my listings I give buyers 10 days to pay or contact me with payment intentions, If on the 11th day, I haven't heard from them, I send them a reminder, a week later I send a second reminder telling them to respond within 48 hours or I will file a Non paying buyer claim with ebay and give negative feed back and block their ebay Id from futher auctions. In other words I GET MEAN! I have only had to do this twice.
