Actually, I was in more need of a hug at that time. I was so frustrated. I think I mourn the loss of huge number of photos I took as much as the camera itself.

Besides the size of the bed and the room, the Holiday Inn was really nice. I stay at Holiday Inns all the time and have found they are pretty consistant. Almost always very nice. The same goes for my other hotels of choice when traveling: Hampton Inn, Fairfield Inn, Residence Inn and (other Marriotts). As for feeling smarter: nothing would help after I realized I had a bonehead moment and packed my camera in the suitcase!
