The Pacheco Inn location is now the Calif Grand and few chips have been found from the cardrooms that have Pacheco Inn on them but I believe I have one on display at the Crystal Park Casino in Compton.....The Pacheco Inn was interesting historically because it was a bar, one room upstairs with a hostess and at one time a Pony Express stop with poker. It is the oldest continuous gaming location in Calif. and someone should do a history of the location up to the Calif. Grand being there now. Diamond Syls used to be across the street and was always more colorful in character and reputation. Chips and tokens were imbedded in the bar and tables. Syl is somewhere in the San Diego area now and out of gaming.
