Yep, They sure do. When Englands's Gaming Act of 1960 legalized casino gambling in all of Great Britain, London became a gambling center overnight. Just in London, alone, there were more than 120 casinos while the rest of the UK boasted more than 1,230 gambling clubs. Prior, there were lots of illegal clubs, too.
