You should go through the steps on eBay to request a "Final Value Fee Credit" This way you at least won't be out the ebay end of sale fees. They require you to do certain steps within certain time paremeters like 30 and 45 days before ebay credits your account for the fees. When you go through these steps eBay will send very stong reminders to the buyer of their obligations in the deal.. eBay hates to give up any fees. You may also want to block that bidder from bidding on any of your future auctions so they don't mess those up.
