The Gaming Table (Revised $$ Edition, 1998)lists the Bank Club in Las Vegas at two locations:

120-1/2 N 1st Street 1932-1938
17 E. Fremont Street 1938-1945

The other two wer listed as slots only.

There were also Bank Clubs listed in Searchlight and Davis Dam both 1938-1951
