I was wondering, is there anybody who has every chip ever produced or close to it?

The answer to that is a resounding "No!"
The reason is because nobody knows how many chips there actually are. Newly discovered chips are showing up all over the country, constantly. Every respected guide is obsolete the day after it is printed.
