Steven..I ran into the same situation and before I read your e-mail I knew you could not remove that darn banner that people see. Paypal has us by the you know what and does not care, if you know what I mean. When downgraded and sold some chips I explain in big letters what I took. I was lucky I had one person who did not understand and never replied back and another who backed out. So even with a BIG BIG sentence it still didnt help because people only want to see the item, price and paypal and then shipping. Its very hard to be a big seller and stay a with a personal account. I wait up to 5-6 days to place funds into my account because I refuse to upgrade and pay their LARGE FEES!!!!!
