I received the $1 Overland, Reno chip in a trade and wanted to find out information about it. I have seen the page on the Chip Guide, but I was wondering if a hoard was found, or if the chips were dumped on the market. My chip looks like it's never been used. Do they have any value? Finally, why is there discoloration around the insert? The chip on the Chip Guide shows the same golden-brownish material or color.
