this week. I had some eBay auctions end last Sunday and wasn't notified of three payments to PayPal that were made Tuesday/Wednesday (didn't receive the PayPal notice / confirmation). Found this out last night after finally logging into PayPal (after over ten separate attempts). Plus, when you try to "contact" them, they give you the topics to choose from (and none was "Our service sucks")...they received a "not-so-glowing" report from me. Steve B
